Waist Trap - by Kriztov

This video includes Kriztov's idea for a waist-trap. From a waist-wrap he hooks one of the handles inside his elbow, so he can release one of his hand. Then he releases his other hand and uses the trap between his elbow and waist to spin the nunchaku around his side and back into his hand.
