Trap Theory - by Kriztov

This video from Kriztov serves as a good introduction to traps, but it needs a terminology update. When it was made traps were usually called stalls, but a swing technique when the nunchaku stops in the air was also called a stall - so to try and avoid future confusion we re-named this type of stall to a TRAP. So whenever Kriztov says pit-stall, or neck-stall try and instead hear pit-trap, neck-trap etc. Thanks.
