Swaps - by Charisan

Swaps are when you move the nunchaku from one hand to the other, but rather than catching the striking stick as you would for a pass, you simply swap the handle from hand to hand.

There have been no tutorial vids on swapping made yet, so all I can do is point you in the direction of the smoothest swapper I know - Charisan.
