Spinning Foot Catapult - by Kriztov

Catapults are another tricky aerial technique.

To perform a catapult you throw from the link (the chain or cord).

Here's an example of a spinning foot catapult.



In this example Kriztov kicks the spinning aerial chux, and the link wraps around his foot and they catapult into the sky.

It's also possible to do a flat catapult (not spinning) and to use a catapult as the initial aerial launch, rather than to catch and re-launch a previous one.
